HOW WE PARTNER

A commercial system people can actually use.

Many companies have a clear growth ambition but less clarity about what their commercial organization must do differently to achieve it.

They may have strong products and talented people, yet coverage, customer priorities, selling practices, and management routines pull in different directions.

WHERE THE WORK STARTS

Understanding the opportunity and the customer

Which accounts deserve attention?

Where are the coverage and capability gaps?

What is making it difficult for customers to recognize value or move a decision forward?

I bring years of experience in the med tech space, in territory assessment, commercial planning, organization design, onboarding, and sales leadership development, alongside my work as VP of Strategy at Maestro In client research, channel strategy, and performance support.

The engagement begins with a focused assessment of one team, territory, or business unit. We identify a small number of priorities and decide whether changes are needed in coverage, roles, selling practices, or manager reinforcement. Where the case is clear, I help design those changes and support implementation.

WORKING FRAMEWORK

Opportunity to evidence, and back again

Opportunity → Design → Practice → Reinforcement → Evidence

Opportunity identifies customers, business needs, and growth priorities. Design aligns coverage, roles, capacity, and ownership. Practice strengthens discovery, value, stakeholder engagement, and commitments. Reinforcement establishes manager coaching and operating routines. Evidence checks adoption, customer progress, and commercial outcomes, feeding the next round of decisions.

Evidence informs the next opportunity and design decisions.

Where we start

A focused assessment is a practical starting point when the problem is visible but the causes are less clear.

We examine an agreed area of the business, such as onboarding, manager coaching, or a team's selling practices. Depending on the question, that may Include stakeholder interviews. existing materials, performance data, and field observation.

The output is a clear view of the current situation, a short list of priorities, and an actionable improvement roadmap. Together, we determine which changes your team can lead and where additional support would help.

How we work

We begin with your commercial priorities and the realities of the field. We then design practical tools and ways of working, help sellers and managers apply them, and review evidence of adoption and progress.

Each engagement connects the work to clear ownership and agreed measures.

THREE WAYS TO PARTNER

Start where the need is clearest

1. Assess & Prioritize

2. Design & Build

3. Implement & Sustain

Find the gaps that matter most and agree where to start.

Create the program, content and tools for a defined need.

Roll out, coach, reinforce and measure over time.

NEXT STEP

Seeing a gap between the opportunity and your team’s ability to capture it?

A useful first conversation is to examine where that gap appears and what evidence we already have.
